For a repeat prescription you will need to fill out the right hand side
of your prescription and drop it into us 72 hours before you require the
prescription. This will take priority over handwritten requests.
Alternatively put your request in writing either by post or fax, giving
full name, address, telephone number and the tablets or medicine you
require. The Doctor will decide if you need to be seen. Disabled
patients and the elderly unable to get to the surgery, may telephone
for prescriptions between 11am and 12noon.
