Opening Hours

• Doors open 8.30am - 1.30pm and 2.30pm - 6.30pm Monday to Friday
• Telephone answering service between 12.30pm and 3pm
• Surgery is closed between 1.30pm and 2.30pm except for prearranged appointments
• We use an appointment system and times vary with each doctor and nurse

Surgery Hours

• Monday to Friday
  8.30am - 11am and 2pm - 5.30pm

We are closed on Saturday.  You may still access a doctor by ringing our telephone number and you will be connected to our Out of Hours Provider.

Making an appointment

Appointments can be made by telephoning the surgery or in person. It helps if you book ahead for routine appointments and can be made one week in advance for the Doctor. Each appointment is for one patient and one person and patients under 16 years old should be accompanied by a parent - Emergencies take priority.

Urgent Cases will be seen the same day, for which we offer a 5 minute emergency appointment system.  However, you may have to wait to be seen.

Minor Illness Clinics

The surgery is now running Minor Illness clinics and are Nurse led clinics run by our experienced and qualified Nurse Practitioners with specialist knowledge in minor illness.

Cancellations

A number of patients fail to attend their appointment and this means that other patients have to wait longer for routine appointments. In the event that you are unable to attend a booked appointment please let our Reception Team know as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
